1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ak44a website at ak44a.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any game or sporting market offered through the ak44a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ak44a with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ak44a platform and close your account.

ak44a reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders of material changes via the email address associated with their ak44a account.

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ak44a platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire period of their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ak44a operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. We employ technical and manual verification controls to enforce this requirement.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or with restricted legal capacity may not register.
• Voluntary participation: You must be accessing the ak44a platform voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and with funds that you can reasonably afford to use for wagering without causing yourself financial hardship.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by ak44a or any affiliated gaming platform. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Single account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another active or suspended ak44a account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.

ak44a takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously. Any person who suspects that a minor is accessing the ak44a platform is encouraged to report this immediately to [email protected]. Parents and guardians are reminded to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services offered by ak44a, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly should any detail change.

ak44a operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence — issued by the Government of Bangladesh or a recognised international authority.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits belongs to you personally.
• Source of funds: In cases where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence, ak44a may request evidence confirming the legitimate source of the funds deposited.

All documents submitted to ak44a are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ak44a uses industry-standard SSL 256-bit encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict internal access controls to verification documents. Documents are retained only for as long as required by applicable law and our internal data governance policy.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ak44a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the terms outlined in this section, as well as any specific transaction limits or processing timeframes communicated to you through the ak44a cashier interface.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), and Upay.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi and international banks.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your ak44a account at the time of the transaction request. ak44a does not charge a platform-level fee on standard BDT MFS deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own terms may apply.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a verified deposit into the same ak44a account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder through the KYC process. ak44a will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review to confirm that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied and that no suspicious activity flags are active on the account.

ak44a is not responsible for delays in deposit credits or withdrawal receipts caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network outages, bank processing windows, or events beyond our reasonable control. 5Bonus & Promotional Terms

ak44a offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing account holders, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major sporting events and Bangladeshi cultural occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed prominently at the time the offer is communicated.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by ak44a unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders who are in good standing and not subject to any active restriction or bonus abuse flag.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
3. Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the requirement. Live casino table games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. Time limits: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
5. One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on an ak44a account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6. Withdrawal during active bonus: Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings. Only the verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal.
7. Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinating bonus claims across accounts, or using low-risk betting strategies to convert bonus funds — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent closure.

6User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ak44a platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud ak44a or other players, including submitting false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against verified deposits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or tournament offered on the platform.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets on sporting events using knowledge of fixed or manipulated outcomes, or information that is not publicly available to all bettors on the market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one ak44a account for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, accumulating multiple welcome bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain access to another player's account, to ak44a's back-end systems, or to any data to which you are not entitled.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ak44a support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Money laundering: Using the ak44a platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.

ak44a employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected, ak44a reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold all balances pending investigation, permanently close the account, and refer the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.

7Account Suspension & Closure

ak44a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your ak44a account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your request will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable withdrawal checks.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ak44a will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying dormant account administration fees. Fees, where applicable, will not reduce an account balance below zero. Dormant accounts retain their balances and may be reactivated at any time by the account holder contacting [email protected].

8Intellectual Property

All content published on the ak44a platform — including but not limited to the ak44a brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, written text, game interfaces, odds data, statistical information, marketing materials, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak44a or is used by ak44a under licence from third-party rights holders including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ak44a platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the ak44a platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on ak44a content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the ak44a platform's software infrastructure.
• Use ak44a's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion, misrepresentation, or reputational damage.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of ak44a's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. If you believe that content on the ak44a platform infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with a detailed description of your claim.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak44a's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your ak44a account at the time the claim arises.

ak44a expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, server interruptions, or third-party payment processing failures that are outside ak44a's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own failure to secure your account credentials, or from your voluntary disclosure of login information to third parties.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms, including any forfeiture of bonus funds or winnings resulting from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, even if ak44a has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits ak44a's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10Amendments & Governing Law

ak44a reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment materially alters the rights or obligations of registered account holders, ak44a will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via the email address associated with their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ak44a platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and the terms as written. ak44a is committed to resolving disputes with its account holders fairly and transparently. In the first instance, any dispute should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. ak44a will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ak44a's support team, you may escalate the matter through independent alternative dispute resolution channels. ak44a will cooperate fully with any such process. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable law.
